Education / Training

My work is based on a foundation of person-centered values coupled with empirically supported skills and extensive training. I am an expert and active listener, equally comfortable comprehending what is said and what is left unsaid but expressed in mind-body connections. Our work will help you master the art of change itself.

I maintain specialties in treatment for anxiety, addictions, and trauma but am effective in helping with a wide range of challenges. I am dedicated to whole-person care and have obtained a post-graduate certificate in primary care behavioral health from the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. I offer a range of services including online counseling, in-person, text/e-mail, and video counseling.

My life has had twists and surprises. I am familiar with failure as well as success, loss as well as joy. Fortunate to live a long and healthy life, I have raised and home-schooled two children, lived on both coasts, made music and laughter, prevailed over hardships, and walked in the shoes of others.
